Richard Bennett , Jr. was born in Isle of Wight County, Va, about 1647. He was the son of Richard Bennett, Sr & wife Ann (MNU). He made his will in IOW Co, March 30, 1720. No extant record on the wife of Richard Bennett, Jr. has been found.
